How things have changed. In the
Spring of 2000 I uploaded a few pictures taken at Excalibur
Fantasy Faire, so my friends could see them. Too many
people were asking for pictures to be e-mailed to them, so I
decided to put them on a webpage. Little did I know that
the webpage would grow from storing a few hundred pictures to
over twenty thousand. Taking pictures at Faire started
as a way to hold on to the memories of my friends. Now
it borders on obsession. A healthy obsession.
The site redesign was long overdue.
The basic layout of Digital Mischief hadn't changed since I
created it over 2 years ago. A few details were tweaked,
but nothing major. Something always seemed to pop up
that prevented me from changing the layout. The new site
is (hopefully) easier to navigate as things have been
streamlined. Each section is still basically the same:
- Home brings
you back to this start page.
- Pics takes
you to the image database. The images are separated by
event and date.
- Links
contains a small list of other websites that I like or use.
Most of the performers on the site have links here.
- Stuff is
where I ramble on about new things in my life. It
isn't updated often.
- pwca includes
a little information about the creator of Digital Mischief
(hey...that's me!)
If you plan
on using any of the images from Digital Mischief for personal
use you need to (1) provide a link to
http://digitalmischief.net and (2) provide an
email explaining how
and where the images are used. The images can be used
for non-commercial purposes free of charge. I am fairly
liberal on my definition of "non-commercial", so please ask.
The images cannot be used for any commercial purposes without
the creator's express written consent, which can be obtained
through email.
Please make a donation if you can to help support this
website. Check out the story of
why I am now asking for donations if you are curious, |
